Email Copy Lead
Recognized leader across the email and push channels, taking on many ACD-level responsibilities including leading creative reviews, contributing strategic insights, shaping style recommendations, resolving style guide questions and driving innovation within the email workstream.
My leadership in this space has delivered measurable impact, including:
Introducing subject line testing that increased engagement and is now part of standard practice
Developing and launching an elevated C1 (hero) component—now live and delivering more on-brand, high-impact creative
Overhauling the email and push notification style guide to align with 2025 standards
One Team Copy Lead
Identified an opportunity for ongoing communication during the launch of the "One Team" working model with TCB (Target Creative Bangalore).
Anticipating potential challenges for the TCB copy team as they transitioned to new digital responsibilities, I proposed and volunteered to serve as a “global copy liaison.”
To streamline collaboration, I created and continue to manage the "One Team Writer Support" Slack channel—offering real-time responses, updates, and dedicated training sessions as needed. This effort helped ensure a seamless transition and was praised by TCB leaders as a best-in-class example of cross-functional partnership.
